Hi, I’m Evan! I’m glad you’re here.
Birth is my life, my love, and my greatest passion. Birth is what gets me up in the morning (and the middle of the night!) and inspires me every day. I’ve been a doula since 2016, and although I’ve seen a lot in my time, I feel strongly about staying humble and constantly creating space to learn and evolve.
My work is deeply rooted in advocacy, equity, and a strong desire to be present and authentic with the families I walk alongside. I see birth and doula work as far more than a career. It’s a lifestyle and a calling!

“Evan is THE doula! What an amazing support person to have all through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Early on in pregnancy, Evan told me not to google things about pregnancy and to just text her my questions instead - meaning that I wasn’t panic online searching every little thing and she provided me with informed responses that were relevant to me and my pregnancy.
She is so encouraging, intelligent, and we felt held by her throughout the whole process. When my water broke before being in labor, she was so helpful in coming up with a plan. The in person support provided throughout labor and birth at home and at the birth center was exactly what we needed. And finally: Evan documented our birth in such a beautiful way. Evan took the most beautiful photos AND videos of the moments our baby was born. Being able to look back at those and see myself in that moment has been so emotional, beautiful, and educational. We are so happy that we worked with Evan and would 100% work with her again in the future.
