What is a Flower Essence?

• During our first week together, we will explore what a flower essences is…and what they are not! This class will cover:

• What flower essences are & how they differ from other herbal preparations.

• Why flower essences matter & what brought me to them.

• A brief history of flower essences.

• What flower essences are primarily used for.

• How to begin slowing down & listening to the flowers.

How do you create a flower essence?

Sunday 7/18 6-7pm est

Our second week together will cover the process of creating flower essences and beginning to build your collection of essences to share with your community. We will cover:

• Tapping into our intuition, asking flowers for permission, and listening to the flowers.

• How to figure out what a flower essence is for.

• Tools needed to make an essence

• Essence creation! From a mother essence to a dose bottle.

How to invite essences into your life!

Sunday 7/25 6-7pm est

Our third week will cover how to incorporate flower essences into your life. We will discuss:

• Is what blooming around you relevant to your life, or those round you?

• Integrating essences into your life with your family, your clients, and your community.

• How I share essences in my work, and the primary essences that I use in my doula practice.

• Essence safety for children, pregnancy, and beyond.

You Can’t Mess Up! Wrap Up session and bonus day.

Sunday 8/1 6-7pm est

Our fourth and final week together will cover the accessibility of essences, preserving essences, combining essences, and more. We will discuss:

• How to combine flower essences and create formulations.

• Inviting and noticing magic beyond this course.

• Talking through any blocks, final questions, and sharing experiences.

• Bonus day! On the morning of Sunday, 8/1, locals will be invited out to the farm where I live to create essences together.
